Gosia Loj

Meet Gosia Loj, a determined and outgoing International Development and Innovation expert with broad experience in project management, stakeholder relations, and governance. She holds a Master of Science in Development Economics and International Development, a Bachelor of Science in Politics and Economics, and recently earned the Executive Programme Certificate in Innovation and Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Gosia's previous collaborations with NATO, EU, UN, WTO, ICRC, and WIPO, among others, have sharpened her expertise in international trade and the relationships between tech and diplomacy. Her contributions to human psychology and behavioral/neuro sciences intersecting with AI and the impact on society have established her as a thought leader in the field. Gazia's multilingual abilities include fluent English, Polish, Spanish, and Portuguese, along with a technician's working knowledge of French.

In her professional journey, Gosia has held various leadership positions, including Head of Global Governance Unit at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sports (DCMS), and Head of International Strategy and Global Governance. She has also played significant roles as AI Policy Affiliate at The Future Society, AI Global Governance Lead at All-Party Parliamentary Group on Artificial Intelligence (APPG AI), and Programme Lead at All-Party Parliamentary Group on Blockchain (APPG BLOCKCHAIN). Gosia's innovation and development endeavors have enabled her to make invaluable contributions towards shaping the future with technology, focusing on AI policy, governance, safety, and ethics.
