Gordon Poad is an experienced educational leader and consultant who has had a successful career in education management. With his outstanding skills in leadership, coaching, facilitation, public speaking, strategic planning, event management, and theatre, Gordon has achieved great results in his field. He holds a Master's degree in Creative and Critical Practice in Educational Settings from Keele University and a First Class Honours degree in Drama from Northumbria University.

Gordon's professional experience includes working at the Oneschool Global Europe as the Regional Principal, at Challenging Learning as Lead Consultant - Pedagogy And Leadership, and he has also founded Cap-A-Pie Associates, where he worked as the Founder and Director, providing innovative and resourceful solutions to his clients' needs. Gordon has also worked as an Artistic Director at Theatre Cap-A-Pie.
