Gord Theo is a seasoned executive and leadership development consultant, coach, and trainer, with extensive experience in agile methodologies, design thinking, and human capital talent acquisition and development. With a passion for developing conscious "FUTURE READY" lean-agile leaders, Gord is committed to helping individuals and teams navigate complex and changing markets from a shared, co-created authentic vision and purpose.

As IBM's AgileTA Transformation Lead, Gord received the Global 2020 Enablement award for his leadership development work with teams and individuals. Gord's expertise includes leadership development, organizational relationship systems intelligence coaching, agile transformation, design thinking, and high-performance team coaching. Gord also holds certifications in CAL1 Agile Leadership Coaching, Leadership Circle Assessment, SAFe 5.1 Agilist, Certified Enterprise Business Agility Strategist, and International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach.

Before joining IBM, Gord founded Mercury Integral, where he served as a lean-agile executive leadership team developmental coach. Prior to that, he was CEO at ProSearch Network Group and worked as a psychotherapist at Red Hawk Rising.
