Social Media Data Analyst  -  Post Graduate - Seeking for a new challenge!

I use Zendesk to reply to emails from all over the world. Our clients are parents that most of the time need help to perform account changes. I also help clients coming from Google Play and Apple App Store, I try to change a review with a lower rating by solving the problem as fast as I can. Our objective is to create a consumer-brand relationship because our final customer is more than the mother, it's the kid itself.

Daily I categorize all communications made in social media about Teleperformance and the competition in order to study the buzz made by several sources and the results achieved by the communication of the company to their external targets.
I also monitorize the content shared on social media to highlight important questions to the company and like that help each market managing the community and content.
I executed ad-hoc studies to e-Performance clients with the aim to offer the same abilities of buzz monitoring and trend watching in the interactions made by online users.
Analyzed markets: Mexico, Spain, Colombia and Argentina

I supported Facebook and Instagram clients on the Spanish market so that i can assist on their daily problems. I have the chance to use the advertising creating platforms Ads Manager, Power Editor and Business Manager as well. I work with the objective to make a request or a complaint a positive experience for the client.

I worked on the daily basis with the agency, received jobs like social network content creation and profile analysis on social networks, analysis of the communication made by competitors whether in "above the line" or in "bellow the line" with special focus on the participation in social networks and ways to interact directly and specifically with their clients as well as translations for the Spanish language. Accompanied the processes for the making of public relationship campaigns and online actions for two brands: alquilercoches.es, Facebook Daikin España.

Filed and accompanied the processes for the making of a advertising campaigns and rebranding actions for one brand, assisted the taping of locutions and filming in studio for the brands: Renault, Sanofi-Aventis - JEVTANA, Garnier, Lactogal and Minipreço.
