Prior to this, he held consulting and managing director roles at Casa Capital USA, Strategic Property Consulting Group USA, and Inprop USA, where he advised clients on a range of matters relating to real estate, finance, and investment.

Before transitioning to the private sector, Mr. Gilbert worked as a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills, one of the world's leading law firms, where he specialized in property and finance law. He has also gained experience in the finance industry as a General Counsel and VP of Finance at Au1 Property.
