Kaustubh Varade is a skilled and experienced product management professional with a strong background in finance, computer science, and business. He holds an MBA in Finance and Financial Management Services from K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology.

With a passion for solving business challenges and representing the customer at the decision table, Kaustubh is adept at finding technical solutions to complex problems while keeping the user in mind. He aims to be a perfectionist with the heart of a designer, brain of an engineer, and diplomatic tongue of a businessman.

Throughout his career, Kaustubh has held various roles at organizations such as Zeta India, Novopay, Himalaya Labs, Maveric Systems Limited, Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd., and UNIKEN Inc. His key role is to liaise with different teams such as business, program management, engineering, UX, finance, and marketing to bring the visualized product into reality.
