Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at 99 Cents Only Stores, Glen's impressive career includes key positions such as President of buybuy BABY, where he successfully oversaw a $1.2+ billion business and achieved record-breaking sales and profit performance.

Throughout his tenure, Glen demonstrated outstanding expertise in various areas including merchandising, store operations, process improvement, customer experience, store design, and real estate site selection, driving the success and expansion of buybuy BABY with over 125 stores opened in the U.S. and Canada.

Noteworthy is Glen's interim role as the Chief Stores Officer at Bed Bath and Beyond, where he effectively managed a combined stores organization exceeding 40,000 associates and $10+ billion in sales, leading transformative initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

In a subsequent role as Senior Vice President and General Manager of buybuyBABY Banner at Bed Bath and Beyond Inc., Glen's responsibilities spanned across various essential functions like merchandise buying, operations, strategy development, customer experience, and cross-functional leadership.
