Gilbert Mussumba
Gilbert Mussumba is a seasoned project manager with a deep passion for community development. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Scout Grands Lacs, he is dedicated to advancing sustainable development programs that improve the lives of people at the grassroots level. With his excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Gilbert has been able to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, leading to successful collaborations that have resulted in effective project delivery. Gilbert has a vast experience in project management, having worked in various sectors such as education, agriculture, and health.
Prior to his current role, Gilbert worked as a project officer at Save the Children and facilitated community development projects designed to improve the lives of children in different parts of the country. He also worked as a program assistant at Concern Worldwide, where he supported the implementation of a youth program in several counties across the country. A highly motivated individual, Gilbert holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Nairobi and a master's degree in Project Management from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
