Rafael Souza

Rafael Souza is a business enthusiast with a strong passion for innovation, technology, and human behavior. His goal is to create a cohesive background that merges these areas of expertise to better grasp the emerging landscape and explore ways to make a positive impact within it.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo (USP) and an MBA in Digital Transformation from PUCRS. Rafael is looking to further his education with a specialization in product/project management.

Aside from his professional pursuits, Rafael enjoys sports, writing, and programming, a technical skill he aims to enhance through ongoing courses.

In terms of work experience, Rafael has held roles such as Executive of Inside Sales and former Business Development Representative at Gympass. Additionally, he has founded Teora and youSeg, and has previous experience as a regional sales representative, sales intern, market research intern, and assistant in controller positions.
