Gil Sadis

Gil Sadis is a seasoned product executive and startup advisor with a wealth of experience. With a background in Software Engineering, having studied at Universitat Ben Gurion Ba-Negev, Gil has been a key figure in the tech industry for over 15 years.

During his tenure as the VP of Product at Lemonade, where he was part of the founding team, Gil played a pivotal role in scaling the product team from 1 to 50. This experience honed his skills in product strategy, OKRs implementation, roadmapping, prioritization, and enhancing velocity.

Today, Gil leverages his expertise to collaborate with product executives and startup founders, aiding them in scaling their organizations, refining their hiring processes, achieving product-market fit, and mentoring them on various aspects of product development and leadership.

In addition to his role at Lemonade, Gil has been involved in a plethora of organizations, serving as an advisor at Boards, SWAPP, Sayata, and OpenWeb, among others. He has also been a part of esteemed programs like the AWS Startup Expert Network at Amazon, further solidifying his status as a respected product expert in the industry.

Gil's extensive portfolio includes stints as VP of Product at BlazeMeter, VP of Product and R&D at Marimedia Ltd., and as an advisor at Nurego. He has also showcased his entrepreneurial acumen by founding companies like Licensario and serving in various capacities at startups like ZoeZoe, Loanbase, and Conduit.
