Aisha Ghori Ozaki is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. She has been committed to helping individuals across different backgrounds and experiences to build meaningful and inclusive connections for many years. Aisha holds a Master of Arts in Sociology and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from DePaul University, as well as a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.

Throughout her career, Aisha worked in different roles that revolved around career services, employer relations, diversity and inclusion, and professional development. She has held positions such as Senior Manager, Inclusive Diversity at Allstate, Director of Career Services (National) at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Associate Director at DePaul University Career Center, Assistant Director/Career Advisor at DePaul University, and much more.

Aisha offers valuable expertise in inclusion, diversity, equity, justice, dialogue, IDI, Career Services, Employer Relations, Campus Recruiting Strategies, Professional Development, and Cultural Competency.
