Jeffrey Beavers is a highly experienced career services professional with more than 20 years in student services, recruitment and staffing, and recruitment technology. With a passion for helping students achieve their goals and connecting them with global employer partnerships, alumni connections, and professional networks, he has spent his career rethinking possibilities and driving success.

Beavers has leveraged his extensive knowledge and expertise in higher education administration, HR and talent acquisition, and campus recruiting to lead major initiatives and projects at world-renowned universities and organizations. He has held several key leadership roles, including his current position as Executive Director of the Career Services Network at Michigan State University, where he oversees programs and services that help students succeed.

Prior to his work at Michigan State, Beavers held leadership positions at Handshake, Yello.co, Whirlpool Corporation, and other companies. At these organizations, he managed major human resources functions and led initiatives that enhanced the recruitment and staffing processes. He has also served as Assistant Dean and Director of Career Services at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he led several programs and initiatives, and as Campus Recruiting Manager at General Electric.

Beavers holds a Director-Level Leadership Certificate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, an M.Ed. in Educational Organization and Leadership with a focus on Higher Education Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a B.S. in Secondary Education from the same institution.
