Gerald Nesp has over 30 years of experience in the field of psychology and education, serving in a variety of academic and applied roles. With a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology, Counseling, and Child Development from Kansas State University, he has dedicated his career to understanding and applying psychological principles to support the success of children, youth, and adults in educational and learning settings. His extensive experience includes serving as a School Psychologist, Professor of School Psychology and Director of School Psychology Graduate Program, and Director of Special Education in two school districts with high levels of special needs students. Ncsp has also worked as a Psychologist in a Community Mental Health Center with an emphasis on children's mental health needs, supporting families and schools in this process.
Nesp's specific expertise includes academic, behavioral, social, and clinical problems of children and youth, as well as counseling, gifted and talented education. He has also contributed significantly to the field of psychology through his publications and research.
