Georgina Blackett

Georgina Blackett is currently the Chief of Strategy and Communications at South San Francisco Unified School District (SSFUSD), a position she has held since July 2024.3 Prior to this role, she worked as a Consultant at EY-Parthenon from August 2020 to May 2022, where she provided strategic guidance to various education-related entities.21

Georgina has an extensive educational background, including:

• Masters in Education Entrepreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education
• BA in History with Distinction from Stanford University
• Additional studies at Oxford University, American University of Beirut, and School Year Abroad (SYA)

Georgina is passionate about expanding access to educational opportunities. As the daughter of immigrants and a product of all-girls' education, she has dedicated her career to education and empowering young women.1 She also serves on the Advisory Board of Oasis for Girls, an organization supporting girls and young women of color in San Francisco.1
