Stephanie Blount

Stephanie Blount is a highly educated professional with a diverse academic background. She holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing and Management from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School. Additionally, she pursued a Master's Degree in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Barnard College.

Stephanie's professional journey showcases her expertise in talent development and consulting. Currently, she serves as a Talent and Development Consultant (Internal) at EY-Parthenon. Previously, she held the role of Senior Consultant (Case Team Leader) and Consultant within the same organization. Prior to her tenure at EY-Parthenon, Stephanie gained valuable experience as an MBA Intern in Enterprise Marketing at athenahealth.

Stephanie has also demonstrated her leadership skills by serving as the Rwanda Country Director at The Ihangane Project. Earlier in her career, she held positions at Deutsche Bank, where she excelled as a Lean Cell Client Liaison, Associate in Corporate Investment Banking focusing on Derivatives Operations, and as a Process Integrity Intern in the Risk Management Group.
