George Pastrana is a seasoned commercial leader with a track record of successfully managing prominent consumer brands for innovation and growth. He possesses a wealth of expertise in total business management using disciplined P&L leadership and cross-functional strategy, delivering impressive results throughout his career. George's deep knowledge of product operations spans different industries like Health & Beauty Aids, Household Products, Internet Retail, Children’s Toys, Medical Devices, and Food.

George boasts of extensive marketing knowledge, ranging from building brands, exploring research insights, developing new marketing platforms, and executing integrated marketing campaigns. His leadership skills have seen him excel in executive positions, developing winning cross-functional teams to achieve baseline objectives. Under his leadership, he has delivered growth in volume, sales, profit, and market share across different companies, reflecting his competence in P&L management.

He has studied Biomedical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, High School at Packer Collegiate Institute, and Marketing at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management. He has also studied an Advanced Management Program at INSEAD.

George currently serves on the Board of Directors at Living Greens Farm, Inc., where he also doubles as the President and Chief Executive Officer. He has formerly held senior management roles at top-ranking organizations such as Dogfish Head, ACH Food Companies, Inc., SSL International plc, CIBA Vision/Novartis, Crayola, Webvan Group, Schering-Plough, and Johnson & Johnson.
