George Chakhidze is a highly experienced HR professional with over 15 years of operational and leadership experience in a range of industries, including digital, FMCG, retail, healthcare, oil and gas, and finance. As a Hogan Certified Talent Acquisition Teacher at the Mail.ru Online University, he brings a wealth of expertise in HR advisory, talent management, talent acquisition, business development, and consulting.

With a Master of Economics in International Trade from the University of Lodz, and a Bachelor's degree in Basic Course from Szkoła Główna Handlowa w Warszawie, George is a co-founder & CEO at QUGO Tech, where he is responsible for HR business development, capability planning, organizational design, post M&A transformation, and senior leader coaching.

George's professional history includes a range of senior roles at global organizations, such as Kaspersky Lab, Abbott, and PepsiCo. In his most recent post as Global HR Partner Sales & Marketing at Kaspersky Lab, he was responsible for senior leader coaching, organizational design and capability planning, talent management, and employee relations.

As Talent Acquisition & Deployment Director, Europe & Sub Saharan Africa at PepsiCo, George was in charge of global TA teams strategy and deployment, executive search and talent mapping, TA digitalization, EVP & Employer Branding, and performance management. He has also served as Talent Director, Russia&CIS at PepsiCo and led the Talent Acquisition team at PepsiCo Russia.
