Lyndi Zavy, PHR

Lyndi Zavy is a highly experienced HR professional with a strong background in organizational development and change management. Zavy holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma. With over a decade of experience in various HR roles at the University of Oklahoma and OU Physicians, Zavy has developed expertise in talent management, performance management, and human capital strategies.

Zavy currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at OptionOne Pharmacy, where she is responsible for ensuring the company's mission of infusion personalized is met. Zavy's responsibilities include providing guidance to other leaders to meet their unique departmental needs, implementing change management strategies to help departments reach their goals in the changing healthcare landscape.

In previous roles at the University of Oklahoma and OU Physicians, Zavy held positions as the Director of Human Resources and Learning and Organizational Development Specialist.
