Geoff Roach is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in marketing, corporate development, and operations in multinational, mid-sized, and venture-backed organizations. With an impressive background as CEO, COO, CMO, and Sales at seven Enterprise Software Companies, he has led growth or turnaround situations, re-positioned and re-launched companies from under $1 million to over $500,000,000. He has profound success in international environments and has proven his ability in expanding and streamlining operations.

Geoff has a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Clemson University, an Executive Program in Business from Stanford University, a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, an MBA in Marketing from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a DBA from the University of Phoenix.

Throughout his career, Geoff has worked with prominent organizations such as Aberdeen Group, Callidus Software, InnerSell, Keiretsu Forum, Loqate, Mergent Systems/ Commerce One, Pure Software/ Pure Atria, and San Jose Jazz. He has a strong track record of investments, M&As and divestitures with both venture capitalists and principals. An expert in early-stage business dynamics, angel investing, and he founded and led startups through funding and acquisition.

Currently serving as the Managing Partner at SiVal Advisors LLC, Geoff has engineered the exit of several successful startups and achieved strong ROI for investors.
