Geoff Ho

Geoff Ho, PhD, is a prominent figure in the field of organizational development and analytics, currently serving as the Director of Research & Advisory, Organization Development at Rogers Communications Inc. His extensive background includes a significant tenure at Rogers, where he previously held the position of Director of People & Data Science from 2016 to 2022. In this role, he established and led a research and analytics team that focused on utilizing behavioral science and data to support strategic decision-making across various aspects of the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition and engagement initiatives.1
