Geert Reyniers: Pharmacist, CEO, and Healthcare Entrepreneur

Geert Reyniers is the CEO of Multipharma, Belgium's leading pharmacy network. He is a qualified pharmacist with a background working for several leading global pharmaceutical and medical technology firms in various countries.12

As CEO, Reyniers has prioritized the evolution of the pharmacist's role, emphasizing their expanded responsibilities in overall healthcare provision. He has developed the role of "advisor-coordinating pharmacist" to optimize patient therapeutic regimens in collaboration with physicians.2

Under Reyniers' leadership, Multipharma has diversified its services while maintaining a strong focus on prescription medicines, which account for over 60% of its turnover.
