Will Lam is a seasoned CEO in the sustainability-focused garment manufacturing industry with over 40 years of industry expertise. Lam's tenure as Founder and CEO of High Fashion Group is defined by his dedication to transforming the company into a data-driven, innovative, and sustainable endeavor that actively prioritizes green initiatives. Prior to joining High Fashion Group, Lam worked as an investment banker with Morgan Stanley and Standard Chartered Bank, where he cultivated relationships with individuals at the forefront of contemporary industries. Lam holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Quantitative Finance with First Honor from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master's degree in Finance, General from Princeton University.

Under Lam's direction, High Fashion Group specializes in environmentally friendly and sustainable fashion manufacturing with a strong sustainable supply chain located throughout Asia. He has spearheaded the adoption of Industrial 4.0, 3D printing, and AI technologies at High Fashion, lending the company a competitive edge.
