Programme Director managing all LIBOR related programmes in the Corporate & Institutional Bank (CIB).  >£10m budget ownership with globally distributed teams in excess of 100 resources.  Daily interaction with members of the CIB board who were my key stakeholders and programme sponsors including the COO, FD, Head of Debt Products, Legal, Risk and Customer Experience.  1) LIBOR Loan migration from ACBS to LoanIQBrought in to turn around the multi million pound (>£5m) Libor loan migration programme that was over budget and behind schedule. The scope of the programme was to migrate circa £60bn (which is over a third of the entire UK Libor loan market) from ACBS to LoanIQ including operating model and downstream Financial reporting implementation and integration. Successfully delivered the migration on time and on budget.2) End to end LIBOR loans process and system transformation programmeMobilised and delivered the programme transforming all LIBOR loan processes across the front line, middle office and back office teams.  Implemented an IBM BPM workflow solution with integration into LoanIQ using BPMN02 process models and TDM Decision models. Established a permanent process and decision modelling COE in the change team.3) Customer remediation programmeMobilised and delivered the customer remediation programme including LIBOR MCR redress among other customer remediations.4) Conduct risk programmeMobilised the CIB Conduct risk programme and transitioned it to the risk portfolio to deliver.5) Customer experience transformation programmeMobilised and delivered phase 1 of the customer experience transformation programme including Artesian social media implementation, CIB website assessment, internal business improvement quick wins.
