Gaurav Dhawan, a seasoned business leader with nearly two decades of experience in the FMCG sector, is currently serving as the Commercial Director of udaan's Food and FMCG Business. With his exceptional leadership skills and expertise, Gaurav has played an instrumental role in the growth and development of a number of businesses and brands throughout his career. He has honed his skills across a wide range of business areas, including brand building, strategic planning, and exemplary execution skills leading to enhanced business growth and stronger brand equity.

Gaurav is a graduate of Regional Engineering College, Jalandhar, and holds a PG Diploma in Business Management (Marketing) from TAPMI, as well as an MBA in Marketing. Before joining udaan, Gaurav served as the Head of FMCG Business and the Head of Marketing (Agri Business Division) at ITC Limited.

Gaurav's expertise spans across all channels of marketing, including online and traditional, and he has a strong understanding of sales and distribution. He is well-versed in brand-building techniques such as TV advertising, PR, celebrity endorsements, digital, print, outdoor, and instore point of sale.

Throughout his career, Gaurav has achieved remarkable results in business building, brand management, strategy development, advertising and integrated communication, ATL campaigns, digital and search marketing, influencer marketing, design, strategic alliances, content creation, and amplification, new product innovation, go-to-market strategies, distribution, channel management, and e-commerce.
