Gary Quaggan is a highly experienced business development professional with a strong background in investments, pensions, insurance, banking, and outsourcing services. With over 5 years of experience in a senior business development management role for an international financial services company, Gary played an integral part in creating, developing, and securing regulatory licensing for a Malta-based international pensions business. He successfully launched this business across the EU/UK and sourced, developed, and managed key account introducer relationships both remotely and face-to-face.

Gary is well-versed in the regulatory requirements and current opportunities in the international retirement sector across the EU. Additionally, he has joint responsibility for the operations of the international pensions business, including client onboarding, compliance, administration, financial reporting, sales and marketing, and customer service. His experience has exposed him to both front-line business and relationship development, sales and marketing management, and back-office compliance and operational risk management environments.
