Throughout his career, he has demonstrated his ability to manage existing businesses, strategize and execute new opportunities, build partnerships, and create compelling brands. He has held leadership positions at Snap On Tools, Justrite Mfg, Waterloo Industries, Remo Inc, Easton Sports, and Shimano American Corp.
