Gary Liang

Gary Liang is a versatile professional with a background in technology and HR. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Illinois at Chicago. During his time at the university, Gary also worked as an IT Technician for a small IT company where he installed Linux based systems, troubleshooted networking support, and provided IT assistance to clients. Transitioning into recruitment, Gary has 6 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, utilizing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean searches to fill various positions spanning from Developers to Marketing professionals. He has collaborated with C-Level executives, optimized recruitment processes, and enhanced the candidate experience. Apart from his professional endeavors, Gary is certified in Google Analytics and Digital Marketing, has built websites using HTML/CSS for CPS, competed as a dancer nationally, and appeared on a PBS TV show. Outside of work, he enjoys gaming, side hustling with Pixel and Threads, learning Python, and practicing Pyrography.
