Gary Fike is an accomplished County Extension Director at Kansas State University, with extensive experience in beef production, carcass traits, management, and marketing cattle. With over two decades of expertise in various agriculture-focused positions such as Director of Commercial Marketing at Red Angus Association of America, Beef Cattle Specialist at Certified Angus Beef LLC, Extension Associate, Quality Assurance at The Ohio State University, and Area Extension Beef Specialist at Iowa State University. Fike earned his Bachelor's of Science in Agriculture Education from Oklahoma Panhandle State University and continued his education, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Ruminant Nutrition from Kansas State University. His interests include rural entrepreneurship and family financial coaching, where he has earned his certification as a Dave Ramsey certified Financial Coach.
