Gary Denson is a seasoned investment professional and attorney with extensive experience in Equity Investments, Macro Analysis, Corporate Restructuring, Legal advising, and Commercial Leasing. Before starting his own advisory firm, Denson Investments, Gary worked as a Principal at the Denson Law Group and also served as the General Counsel/Board Member at Olive Tree TV.

As an Investment Professional, he allocated portfolios of publicly-traded equity securities, directed financial modeling, and performed macro analysis of US and international markets. His legal experience has centered around transaction-based services for startups and small businesses, focusing on helping them form, raise capital, and expand. He's also represented clients from various industries, such as real estate, pharmaceutical study staffing, craft brewing, mobile applications, and nonprofits.

Gary received his JD from Pepperdine University School of Law, BA in Political Science from the University of Chicago, and MPP in Public Policy-International Relations from Pepperdine University. He currently holds a Series 65 license, a S.I.E. license, and is Series 7 ready, with sponsorship needed.
