Gary Barnett is a highly accomplished individual with extensive experience in the financial industry. He currently serves as the CEO of Digital Capital Markets, LLC, a SEC registered broker-dealer and FINRA member. He previously held positions such as Deputy Director of the Division of Trading and Markets at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Director of the Division of Swap Dealer and Intermediary Oversight at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and Partner and Head of U.S. Structured Finance and Derivatives at both Linklaters LLP and Shearman & Sterling LLP. Additionally, he has been an adjunct professor of law at Cornell Law School. Barnett's accomplished career demonstrates his expertise in structured finance, derivatives, and trading markets.
