Garrett Rafols

Garrett Rafols is a seasoned executive with a passion for building highly engaged employee cultures. With an education in English and Journalism from Rutgers University and the University of Delaware, Garrett has held a variety of roles in sales, ranging from Sales Team Lead at AvePoint to Enterprise Account Executive at LinkedIn. However, Garrett's true love is learning and people, which is why he is currently Head of Global Onboarding and Sales Readiness Consultant at LinkedIn Learning Solutions. In this role, Garrett has the opportunity to empower professionals across the globe to acquire the necessary skills for the careers they love. In addition to his work, Garrett is a Co-Founder & Global Co-Chair of LIAA at LinkedIn and is an active listener, a team builder, a creative thinker and a master of practical wisdom. When not working, Garrett can be found exploring NYC and NJ's best downtowns with his children, running with a 5am basketball league, reading, and listening to a never-ending list of podcasts.
