Garrett Beam is an accomplished business transformation leader who has excelled in various roles across different company life stages and ownership structures. He is an MBA graduate from the University of California, Los Angeles - The Anderson School of Management, and has also studied Change Management at the London Business School. With a BA in Economics from Northwestern University, Garrett's educational background has prepared him to leverage data and insights to drive business results, maximizing potential and attaining sustainable competitive advantage in rapidly growing environments.

Garrett is a customer-centric and versatile change agent who has found simplicity in complexity, identified and fixed challenges, and enhanced business performance and profitability in his various roles. He has honed his skills in product management, technology solution development, customer experience, business strategy, operations, change management, and financial management.

Garrett's professional journey began at Intel Corporation as a Financial Analyst, where he perfected his financial analysis knowledge. He later moved to LPL Financial, where he held various executive roles, including Senior Vice President of Strategy, Vice President of Finance, and Senior Vice President of Business Operations. At Cetera Financial Group, Garrett recently worked as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Transformation before becoming the Head of Digital Solutions.
