Gaia Read

Gaia Read is a professional with a diverse background in customer strategy, digital marketing, performance media, search engine marketing, and hospitality.

Gaia holds a Master of Science in Commerce and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Virginia, along with additional studies at Lord Fairfax Community College.

Currently serving as Manager, Customer Strategy at Merkle, Gaia has previously held roles such as Co-Host of Merkle's 'Digital Marketing Musings', Senior Manager of Performance Media, and Manager of Search Engine Marketing within the same organization.

Prior to Merkle, Gaia gained experience in various positions including Tasting Room Associate at Grace Estate Winery and roles in search engine marketing, analysis, and leadership at Merkle.

Gaia's professional journey also includes involvement in university activities such as Co-Chair of Housing & Residence Life, Senior Resident Advisor, Resident Advisor at the University of Virginia, and a Clinical Research Intern at UVa Behavioral Health and Technology Office.

Furthermore, Gaia has showcased versatility by working as a Ski School Instructor at Whitetail Mountain Resort, demonstrating adaptability and a passion for diverse experiences.
