Gagan Agrawal is a seasoned SAP BRIM and SAP IS-Utilities Functional Consultant with over a decade of experience in various projects in these fields. He is currently serving as the Portfolio Lead for Telecommunications and SAP BRIM at SAP Solution Delivery Center (SAP India), while also supporting tasks related to Business Development, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecting and Designing, and new Services creation in Telco and BRIM areas. Agrawal has worked in various roles and has been involved in Solution Architecting, Project Scoping/Estimations, Bid Proposals, Project Reviews, Audits, Expert Consulting, Upgrade Assessments, S/4 Conversions, Customer Validations, Max Attention, Premium Engagement Assignments, and more.

Agrawal has solid knowledge and understanding of Telecom and Subscription Billing Industry Business Processes and overall BRIM Solution. He's an expert in areas such as Master data, Sales and Order Management, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, Customer Financials Management, and integration of SAP BRIM with Revenue Accounting and Reporting(RAR). His experience and skills also extend to the Utility Industry Business Processes, where he has worked in multiple SAP end-to-end implementation projects involving business requirements gathering, configuration, testing, go-live, and support, as per the SAP ASAP & SAP Activate methodology.

Agrawal holds multiple SAP certifications. He is an SAP Certified Application Associate for various areas including SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Implementation, SAP Hybris Billing(BRIM), and Utilities with ERP 6.0. He also holds a certification in SAP Consulting Skills​ 2020 - SAP Model Company Based Implementation Delivery and completed his Executive MBA from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research. He holds a Bachelors of Engineering(Hons.) in Civil, Batch Topper at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, and a Higher Secondary degree, Batch Topper in Maths and Science from Loyola Academy Junior College.
