    Gadise Regassa is a qualitative scholar and higher education practitioner with a decade of experience in research, writing, and administration. He is dedicated to fostering healthy organizational environments that encourage creativity, personal growth, and academic excellence. His research focuses on critical and community-oriented research methods, academic burnout, social justice, and organizational equity. Gadise's skill set encompasses teaching, curriculum development, program evaluation, event coordination, and facilitation.

    Gadise pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Higher Education and Organizational Change at the University of California, Los Angeles. He also holds a Master's Degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Black Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
