Gaby Arenas is a Social Communicator graduated from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello with a specialization in Journalism and a Master's in Communication for Development.

She currently serves as the Arts Team Lead at RoundGlass, focusing on developing art programs for well-being.

Previously, Gaby was the Executive Director of Aid Live Foundation, dedicated to promoting the overall development and well-being of Venezuelan children in vulnerable communities and Venezuelan migrants in Colombia.

She is the founder of the TAAP Foundation, aimed at fostering peaceful coexistence and sustainable development in communities.

Gaby has an extensive background in research and teaching in Communication studies, with a particular focus on violence reduction.

She has received prestigious recognitions such as being a Rotary Peace Fellow, a CAFAM Atlántico woman, and a Fellow of Ashoka.

Gaby's work has been acknowledged through awards like the 2013 Ideas Contest in the Social Entrepreneurship category and as a finalist for the Social Entrepreneur of the Year award from the Schwab Foundation and Venezuela sin Límites.

Her research and community initiatives have revolved around violence analysis, peacebuilding, and utilizing communication and art for social development.
