Gabe Elsner

Gabe Elsner is the Vice President of Finance at AIR COMPANY, a position he assumed in July 2024. He has a strong background in finance and strategy, particularly within the climate technology and electric vehicle sectors. Prior to joining AIR COMPANY, Elsner served as the Chief Financial Officer for North America at Polestar, where he focused on business development and financial strategy from 2019 to 2022.13

His career includes significant roles such as the Founder and Executive Director of the Energy & Policy Institute, where he advocated for clean energy policies, and various strategic positions at Tesla, where he contributed to financial analyses and operational strategies that saved substantial amounts of capital.12 Elsner holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.12
