Prior to his current role, Fridtjof held positions at prestigious organizations like McKinsey & Company, focusing on industries such as retail, consumer goods, financial services, and social impact in Northern and Central Europe. His professional journey includes roles as a Consultant and Junior Consultant at McKinsey, as well as experience in Strategic Planning at Global Fashion Group and Head of e-commerce at Why Not As. In 2023, he was honored as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.
