Frederic Lequient

Frederic Lequient is a highly accomplished leader with a diverse background in engineering, industrial engineering, leadership and education. He is a graduate of Polytechnique Montréal where he studied Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelors in Industrial Engineering. Frederic is also an alumnus of the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business where he studied Leadership and Education.

With a wealth of experience spanning over two decades, Frederic has held a number of leadership positions at various organizations. He is currently the Senior Vice President Global Customer Services at Veeva Systems - a cloud-computing company that provides software solutions for the life sciences industry. Prior to this, he was the Vice President Customer Success at Pubmatic, and Senior Vice President Customer Success And Advisor at Followanalytics. Frederic has also held positions at Oracle as Group Vice President, Taleo as Vice-President Field Solutions And Business Development, and Vice President Professional Services at Taleo, as well as a Principal Consultant at Baan.

Frederic's professional experience is built around his expertise in customer success, global customer service, field solutions and business development as well as professional services. He is a result-driven leader whose interests include technology, leadership, and customer experience.
