- Deliver a step-change in financial performance by reducing cost and releasing cash on Digital Solutions based on OB2020. Achieved a 5x cost reduction & cash unlock on 2020 budget compared to original target.
- Establishment of the full transparency on digital cost, loss tree visibility for the entire global function with identification of a 2x cost reduction in 2021 compared to the original target.
- Digital Transformation: Responsible for Agile methodology implementation for the entire global function with establishment of Digital product teams at scale to accelerate the solutions delivery.
Business processes, framework and methodology:

- The Innovation Horizon 3 avenues identified were presented to the senior management, one of this horizon was publicly disclosed in 2021 by the company: Beyond Nicotine ($1B revenue target for 2025)

- Identify innovation strategy and relevant innovative solutions from business strategies, priorities or problems of the Global functions, surface opportunities, pain points.
- Prioritize and define roadmap and scope alignment with several global business and technical teams--Scout, research and discover. Identify signals, understand industry trends, benchmark other companies/industries. Deliver a solution for the customers corresponding to a need or an opportunity.
- A trusted partner to the business in researching, validating and proposing new ideas or innovative/disruptive solutions. Constantly anticipates integration of new solutions in the existing landscape, considering existing portfolio and performing risks management.
- Enable execution of prototype, PoC or scaled implementation as per agreed scope, resources (budget and human capital) and milestones through regular detailed monitoring and corrective actions when required.
- Lead or become Instrumental as a subject matter expert, acts swiftly and independently, yet know when to call up on the rest of the organization.
- Facilitate project and program execution with the function and multiple suppliers.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management, connect regularly with customers and communicate findings and updates. Exchange ideas, develop strategies with internal and external stakeholders in complex organizational environment. Given the topics complexity and varying levels of knowledge of different stakeholders, clear and concise communications is key.
