Fred Widicus is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the fields of sustainability, renewable energy, and carbon finance.

He holds a BA in Rhetoric and Communications from the University of Virginia, an MBA in Sustainability & Resource Management from George Mason University - School of Management, and has studied Graduate, Science and Technology at TJHSST.

Fred is the Co-Founder of Solar Shield LLC and has previously contributed his expertise as the Managing Director at Carbon Finance Strategies, LLC, a Renewable Energy Consultant at RTI International, and the VP of Business Development at Sun Net Zero, LLC.

His previous roles also include positions such as Research Analyst at Odell Simms and Associates, Strategy Consultant at Green Advantage, and Research Analyst at Pulte Homes.
