Frank Wilson is a seasoned business owner and HR professional with over 20 years of comprehensive experience in talent management strategy, leadership development, assessments, coaching, and organization effectiveness.

With a background in B.Sc. Management and Personnel Psychology, Frank has a diverse skill set that enables him to be a strategic HR partner capable of driving results and fostering strong relationships with business management.

He has conducted training on a global scale, having worked on 5 continents and 32 countries with audiences ranging from frontline employees to senior executives. Notably, his work with the Boston Bruins NHL team contributed to their NHL Championship win.
