His expertise includes poverty research, data analytics, human-centered design, and national policy advocacy.

Frank's educational background includes a Master's degree in Theology and a Bachelor's degree in Government from the University of Notre Dame, along with journalism studies at Northwestern University.

He has been involved with various organizations, including serving as the Co-Founder of Credit Mountain, Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder of TrustFund Inc, and Founder & Principal of HopeX Innovation Partners.

Frank has held key positions such as Senior Director of Research + Innovation at Catholic Charities Fort Worth and Chief Executive Officer of Social Venture Partners Dallas.

His past roles also include Founder & Managing Partner at Fidelium Group, Regional Director at Catholic Extension, and Director at Catholic Campus Ministry at SMU.

In addition, Frank has experience in leadership development and ecumenical resources, having served as Director of Peer Leadership Development and Ecumenical Resources at the University of Notre Dame.
