Frank holds an MA in Theology and a BA in Government from the University of Notre Dame, and Journalism from Northwestern University.

Frank has had a successful career as a CEO at TrustFund Inc, Founder & Principal at HopeX Innovation Partners, Senior Director, Research and Innovation at Catholic Charities Fort Worth, and Chief Executive Officer at Social Venture Partners Dallas. He has also served as the Regional Director at Catholic Extension and the Director of Catholic Campus Ministry at SMU. Additionally, Frank is a Co-Founder at Credit Mountain, an organization committed to creating financial prosperity for communities and closing the opportunity gap.
