Provide sales leadership within Canadian marketplace by developing strategies and objectives aligned with the corporation's directives. Play a lead role in acquiring and developing talented sales team and executing sales strategy with primary focus on retaining existing customers, establishing new customers, and growing business. Implement and champion tactical actions that impact CHEP’s critical success factors including utilization of resources, regional sales management, generating revenue, and improving bottom line; People Management activities include: hiring, coaching, performance management, development, corrective action and termination.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: 

• Recruited, trained and led sales team to build alliances that created viable business ventures with new and existing clients
• Successfully managed the Customer Service team for 16 months 
• Doubled the Canadian IBC business in Canada and developed a strong prospect funnel across all regions
• Intricately involved in the design and implementation of sales and business growth strategies 
• Developed and implemented organizational internal controls, policies and procedures manual
