Francisco Rosado

Francisco Rosado is a seasoned IT leader with extensive experience in managing multinational teams and departments. With a strong focus on cost control, quality improvement, and business support, his mission is to generate added value for companies as a CIO and IT Director. His expertise includes defining business and technology plans, strategic and tactical business planning, technology consulting, and negotiation. Francisco has an excellent track record of achieving objectives and goals, even in high-pressure situations. His flexible and open-minded nature, with a clear focus on the customer, makes him an invaluable asset to any organization.

Francisco holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from ESIC: Business & Marketing School, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Universidad de Extremadura, and a Diplomado en Ciencias Empresariales, Contabilidad from the same university. He has worked at prominent organizations such as AmRest, LEGÁLITAS, Toyota España S.L.U., and Atos.

Francisco's personal skills include team leadership and mentorship, a global vision, excellent communication skills, strategic planning, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction. He is a technology expert and brings a wealth of experience in program management, training and coaching, and self-motivation. His technical skills include Agile, ITIL, and SCRUM methodologies, programming languages such as Java and .NET, and familiarity with various databases.

As the former CEO and Founder of Extremadura LeaderShip and Chief Information Officer Leadership, Francisco is passionate about empowering individuals and businesses. Currently, he is the Global IT Solutions Delivery, Digital and Integrations Director at AmRest, and his previous roles include CIO Western Europe at AmRest, Chief Information Officer CIO, General Manager Strategic Projects, and New Business & 2.0 IT Director at LEGÁLITAS, IT Technology Expert at Spanish Leadership, and IT Manager at Toyota España, S.L.U.
