Francisco Alcala Torreslanda is a seasoned professional with a diverse background encompassing documentary filmmaking, photography, supply chain management, and social entrepreneurship.

Having received a college education in a prestigious university in Mexico, Francisco furthered his academic pursuits by completing an MBA and an MFA in Photography, showcasing his dedication to continuous learning and growth.

With over 30 years of experience at Kellogg Company, where he held various leadership roles including VP of Latin America and VP of Asia-Pacific Supply Chain, Francisco honed his skills in guiding teams and driving organizational success.

Throughout his career, Francisco has resided in multiple countries such as Mexico, the USA, UK, and Australia, and has traveled extensively across North America, Latin America, Europe, Austral-Asia, and Africa, enriching his global perspective.

Complementing his professional endeavors, Francisco values family and learning from his wife and children, with his daughter being his partner in the social enterprise they co-founded, Home Storytellers.

Recognizing his privilege, Francisco transitioned into social entrepreneurship, focusing on leveraging individual stories through documentary films to advocate for refugees' self-reliance and sustainable solutions via Home Storytellers, where he serves as the Co-Founder and Executive Director.
