Chip Novick is a Partner at Boyden, a retained executive search firm, with over a decade of experience in the executive search industry.

His diverse search practice at Boyden covers various sectors including Digital Marketing, Mobile & Internet Technology, Consumer Products, Sports, Media, Entertainment, Software, and SaaS companies, focusing on CEO-level placements.

With a background in entrepreneurship, Chip co-founded Zave Networks, a digital coupon/loyalty startup, which was acquired by Google in 2011.

Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Chip gained experience working with industry giants like Procter & Gamble, Sprint PCS, and Channel One television network, where he led successful strategic initiatives and revenue growth.

Chip Novick holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and an AB in Management Science, also from Duke University.
