Flori Manning is a user experience professional with a background in design, research, and education. With a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and experience in interaction design, visual communication, and instructional design, Flori has spent the past decade working with companies worldwide to develop high-quality interactive solutions that improve the user experience. As a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA), Flori is an expert in user experiences, bringing a "learnability" perspective to her work, ensuring the products she designs and researches are easy to use and engaging. Her expertise includes qualitative and quantitative research methods, interface design, comprehension, impression formation, and achievement motivation. Flori has published research articles, book chapters, and presented conference papers on these topics, making her a well-known and respected member of the user experience community. Flori is currently a UX Design Consultant, and has previously held positions such as Director, User Experience Design & Research at GfK, and Lead Instructional Designer/Project Manager at Centrax Media Group.
