Florence Lavroff is a veteran of the internet industry, having started her journey in 2005 with Cable and Wireless in a technical support and NOC environment. She subsequently focused on content delivery optimization, and gained extensive experience and knowledge working for tech giants such as Akamai and Google. Her career at Google spanned 5 years, where she worked as a Peering Manager for EMEA, developing strategic partnerships, negotiating peering agreements across ISPs, and playing a key role in content delivery optimization. Florence's work in the Internet Exchange Community is equally impressive, being an active Board Member (Secretary) of France-IX and member of the Namex’ Technical Committee (Italy).
